We understand that plans can change. To respect our team’s time and scheduling:

- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance: No charge

- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% of the scheduled service fee

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the service fee

- No-shows or inability to access the property: 50% of the service fee
